Attach to bottom D-Rings by looping through the D-Rings, and tying off the strap (no clip needed). Pull the elastic band over the tie-off to secure. Repeat on other side. Attach to top D-Rings by looping the strap through the D-Ring and weaving through the adjustable buckle. Adjust this buckle and the bottom buckle for proper fit. Also includes a removable chest belt/strap and removable waist belt/strap for more secure fit. Fully adjustable.
