Composed of strong and sturdy lead free DZR brass metal, this fridge water line adapter is perfect for Provides a quick quarter turn water shutoff with a 1/4 inch compression outlet for a refrigerator ice maker or water dispensing appliance. The ice maker outlet box can be easily connected to PEX pipe with copper crimp rings or stainless steel clamps without the need for glue, soldering, or additional tools. The SharkBite plumbing adapter features mounting tabs which allow the ice maker fridge connector to be mounted to the left or right of the stud bay, and do not require additional support framing to allow for solid installation. The snap on faceplate accommodates up to 3/4 inch drywall. SharkBite fittings feature a minimum working temperature 33°F at 160 psi, and a maximum working temperature 200°F at 80 psi.
